Terms of Use

This document governs the relationship between StarTarot.online and every visitor or registered user. Please read it before using the website and the mobile apps: tarot spreads, horoscopes, natal charts, synastry, Human Design, the Vedic portrait, astrocartography, dream interpretation and related interfaces.

Version dated 4 August 2026. We update this document when functionality, legal requirements, or internal processes change.

Key definitions

• StarTarot.online service — the online platform and the mobile apps: tarot spreads and photo recognition of a spread, horoscopes and daily readings, natal chart, synastry, Human Design, the Vedic portrait, astrocartography, the eclipse calendar and other astrological tools, dream interpretation and your account.
• User — A natural person who visits the website or uses the service’s features, with or without registration.
• Account — A personal area created by the user to access personalized materials, settings, and additional functions.
• Content — Texts, images, audiovisual materials, and other results of intellectual activity published on the website.
• Request — the unit charged for one call to an AI service. Requests come from your plan’s weekly quota and from packs you have bought.
• Mobile applications — The official StarTarot apps for iOS and Android are part of the service. These Terms apply to the apps in full, including tarot readings, horoscopes, automatically generated daily content, and push notifications.

Acceptance of the Terms

Accessing the website and using its features means full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with the document, please stop using the service.

We may update the Terms from time to time; the current version is always available on this page. By continuing to use the service after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms. For material changes we may notify users by email, in the account area, or via in‑product notifications.

Age and eligibility

The service is intended for people aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 and are able to enter into this agreement.

If we learn that an account is used by a minor, we may suspend and delete it.

User rights and obligations

• Provide accurate and up‑to‑date information during registration and update it whenever it changes.
• Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and promptly inform us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Use the service for personal, non‑commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing with the administration.
• Comply with applicable law, use the service responsibly, and refrain from attempting to bypass technical or payment restrictions; the site does not provide tools for posting content or communicating with other users.
• When you provide another person’s data — the date, time and place of birth for synastry, compatibility or a partner bodygraph — have a basis for doing so, and do not enter someone else’s details without their knowledge.

The user may request copies of personal data, ask for corrections, turn off notifications, and delete their account. A full description of these rights is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Service obligations

• Maintain stable operation of the service and remedy technical issues within a reasonable time.
• Provide users with up‑to‑date information about changes to functionality, payment terms, and legal documents.
• Process support requests within a reasonable timeframe and help users navigate the service.
• Store user data in line with the Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
• To keep developing the service: the set of features, plans and limits may change, and we will announce significant changes in advance through the available channels.

Acceptable use

1. Automated data scraping, hacking attempts, interference with the website, or bypassing security systems are prohibited.
2. You may not use materials from the website for commercial purposes without attribution or separate permission from the rights holder.
3. It is forbidden to impersonate another person, create multiple accounts to bypass limitations, or distribute malicious code.
4. We may restrict access to certain features if a user violates these Terms or applicable law.

Paid services and payments

• Information about prices and subscription options is published on the website and may be updated; the current price is shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed through third‑party payment providers, which may charge additional fees under their own rules.
• Digital content is delivered immediately after payment. By placing an order you give your express prior consent to performance starting at once and acknowledge that you thereby lose the fourteen-day right of withdrawal. This does not affect your rights in the event of a technical error or a service not provided — in those cases, please contact support.
• If a payment error occurs, please contact support — we will check the transaction and suggest an alternative method if necessary.
• Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the same payment instrument used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
• In the mobile apps, digital purchases (request packages and subscriptions) are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, cancellation, and refunds for such purchases are governed by the rules of the respective store; subscriptions are managed in your store account settings.
• Payment is measured in requests: a plan gives you a weekly quota and packs are bought separately. Requests cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another user; an unused weekly quota does not carry over to the next week, while purchased packs stay on your balance.
• A subscription bought on the website renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel it in your account or in the payment service’s interface: access remains until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made.

Intellectual property

All materials of the service are protected by copyright and belong to StarTarot.online or are used under license. You may use the content for personal, informational purposes only.

Any copying, distribution, modification, or publication of materials without the rights holder’s consent is prohibited. If you wish to use content in commercial projects, please contact us for written permission.

Liability and disclaimers

• The service is provided “as is”. Tarot spreads, horoscope tools, natal chart calculations, and dream interpretations are informational and entertainment materials, not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
• Interpretations rely on data you provide (dates, locations, questions) and may include AI‑generated content; accuracy, completeness, or specific outcomes are not guaranteed.
• Decisions based on forecasts or interpretations remain the user’s responsibility; we are not liable for losses, missed opportunities, or consequences of such decisions.
• The administration is not responsible for interruptions in access caused by internet providers, data‑transfer services, or force‑majeure circumstances; we will seek to restore access as soon as reasonably possible.
• Readings are generated by AI. If an answer strikes you as offensive or unacceptable, report it with the “Report this answer” button under the reading in the app, or through the contacts below — we will look into it.
• The service is not an emergency or mental-health helpline. If you or someone near you is in danger, contact the emergency services in your country or a qualified professional.

Suspension and termination

We may temporarily limit or fully suspend access to an account if we detect violations of the Terms, security threats, fraudulent activity, or receive lawful requests from competent authorities.

The user may request account deletion by contacting support via the feedback channels listed below; deletion is processed after verification of the request.

You can also delete your account on your own in the mobile app (Account → Delete account). Deletion is permanent: profile data, birth data, request history, and any remaining balance are removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the service is registered. We aim to resolve disputes through negotiation and dialogue. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the court at the place of registration of the company.

Before going to court, we recommend sending a written claim to the contacts listed below — we will respond within 30 days and suggest possible ways to resolve the issue.
